The hotel has lovely and good location very close to the farm, Perth and Edinburgh by car and the highlands.

It was airy, tastefully decorated and with comfy beds.

All of the staff were friendly. Have spent here 1 night and our double room was good-sized. And there was a lovely view over garden.

The room was reasonably spacious, with pretty view, good storage and good facilities, slept really well. Affable people were working here.

Quiet location with clean air, great for a stopover on the way to the far north. Beautiful old property with charming decor and comfortable beds. Convenient access to Perth and nearby wedding venue.

Central location was a plus. The staff was friendly, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. I had lovely food for breakfast with fruit from the garden.

The time I spent there was fine. Greatly enjoyed the twin room with hot shower and a very comfortable bed plus good facilities I was given. The hotel was in a central setting on a proper working farm. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met standards.

We recently stayed at a charming farmhouse with stunning views of the countryside. The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes from the main road, making it convenient for our travels. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped ensuite bathroom. The owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing us with a delicious breakfast every morning and offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We also loved the off-road parking and the presence of their adorable old Border Collie. it was a delightful and relaxing stay.

The lack of saucers for the tea cups, which made it a bit tricky to balance everything on the tray.

A fairly nice stay with suggestions for our day trip. Small hotel in a great area close enough to Dundee, and Also very close to Scone Palace. Good location, a short walk to everywhere. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Luncarty.

Everything was perfect and the view was lovely. Spotless hotel room, it was airy with exceptionally comfortable beds and clean bathroom. In the restaurant they served homemade cuisine dishes👍👌

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in Perthshire. The location was perfect for travelers on the A9, with easy access for both northbound and southbound journeys. The friendly hosts made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was absolutely stunning, especially the Arbroath Smokies - a must-try for fish lovers. The house itself was a beautiful old property surrounded by a lovely garden. While the house had its age-related challenges, such as a firm door lock and limited plug sockets in the room, it added to the character and charm. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the provided hospitality tray was a nice touch. I also appreciated the convenient dining options nearby, like the Taste of Perthshire restaurant. Despite a few small inconveniences, I would definitely visit this B&B again.

Honestly no complaints. Airy unit with a convenient decor. Location near Edinburgh by car, Dundee and Newmill Farm. Also, in an attractive lawned garden.

The room I stayed in was nicely decorated and great-sized and complete with comfortable beds as well as a big breakfast.

The residents were wonderfully welcoming and friendly, beautifully decorated and comfortable room, quiet common room with a fire, delicious full breakfast and smokies, felt at home right away.
